Amazing stay with great service!
The hotel was super clean, and the staff, like Feline and Moe, were awesome. We loved the salmon salad and burger from the bar. so good! Just wish we could've stayed longer, but we had to leave early. Can't wait to come back next time.

missingWrote a review on Dec 26spacious suitecentral locationobstructed view
Spacious two-bedroom suite perfect for family trips, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette that gives a home-like feel. The location near Bryant Park can't be beaten for exploring city life.
Despite the promise of city views, the windows faced a dull building, obstructing any skyline appreciation. Some maintenance quirks included peeling cupboard surfaces and a generally unkempt feeling around the kitchenette, such as brown debris in the fridge. Noise from the street was significant at night, making sleep tricky, especially if you're sensitive. Add to that the pricey, seemingly hidden fees for 'convenience' services that didn’t really deliver value, and it feels more frustrating than luxurious overall.

Stylish modern decor throughout the hotel elevates the experience to a chic level. The complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages offered in the room create a nice surprise, adding to the welcoming vibe.
Despite its elegant facade, the setup came with some quirks. The lighting was far too dim in many areas, particularly the bathroom, where it felt challenging to get ready. Also, while I appreciated the high ceilings, the lack of natural light in the room made it feel a bit dreary. Noise from the nearby streets was bothersome at times, with street traffic disrupting quiet moments. Plus, the absence of a doorman made arriving feel less special than one might hope for in such a location.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved being close to Bryant Park and seeing a Broadway show. The rooms were super clean and modern, making it a cozy spot to crash after our adventures. Heads up for future guests, the location is ideal, but be mindful of parking options on weekends.
The shower in our room had no door, so water splashed everywhere. It was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

The stay was amazing with a comfy room that had a breathtaking view of the city lights at night, and those free Nespresso pods were a fantastic touch! I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna that really helped me unwind after long days exploring the area. Just a heads up, the restaurant can get a little noisy on weekends, but it didn't put a damper on my overall experience. 😊
